2020 has been an extraordinary year in many ways. Corporate Citizenship professionals saw their work elevated and were called upon in unprecedented ways to respond to both internal and external events. The Covid-19 pandemic brought to light the interdependence of all humanity globally and exposed disparities and inequities, particularly in communities of color in the U.S. The death of George Floyd shifted the focus to addressing long-standing racial injustice and accelerated solutions for social and racial equity.
Corporate Citizenship professionals have consistently worked at the intersection of their companies and their communities with one foot in the company and one foot in the community. The Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy Forum will examine the internal and external interdependence that Corporate Citizenship professional navigate on a daily basis and provide a pathway to advancing the work in 2021.
