Make a difference by raising scholarship funds for students of all backgrounds. NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director of Annual Giving. The Associate Director will be a leading frontline Annual Fund Officer in our efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward our 110,000+ alumni, friends, and parents to increase annual unrestricted financial support as we look to expand our ever-growing pipeline of supporters for Stern's Graduate and Undergraduate students and programs. The selected candidate will raise funds through face-to-face visits from a pool of ~250 highly successful prospects capable of giving $5,000-$100,000. The Associate Director will also manage 4+ Reunion Committees annually and collaborate with the Senior Director of Annual Giving and team on frontline fundraising strategy for Stern Annual Fund's cultivation, solicitation, and implementation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years' relevant experience in sales/nonprofit fundraising, event planning, donor campaigns, and/or volunteer management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, public speaking, and organizational skills. Excel and analytical skills are required. Candidate should be a self-starter and capable of working as part of a team, as well as handling projects independently.
