NCRP Restructures Senior Staff Positions

The National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy has announced a restructuring aimed at better positioning the organization to achieve its goals in the coming years.

To that end, the organization has created three new positions: chief operating officer, director of strategic communications, and a senior associate who will focus on expanding the organization's relationships with social justice movement groups. The organization also announced the promotion of three staffers to new roles: going forward Ben Barge will serve the organization as field director, Janay Richmond will serve as director of marketing and membership, and Stephanie Peng will serve as senior associate for movement research.

In addition, three senior positions were eliminated: senior director of communications (Kristina "Yna" C. Moore), senior director of human resources and administration (Beverly Samuda-Wylder), and senior fellow and director of public policy (Dan Petegorsky).
