The Amyloidosis Foundation is committed to serving patient needs by providing annual grants to junior research scientists whose research targets the challenges in the field of amyloidosis and by investing in innovative research models with the potential to expedite promising therapies for patients.
To that end, the foundation is accepting applications for its Research Grants program. Through the program, grants of up to $50,000 will be awarded to early-career scientists in support of basic biomedical and clinical research on systemic amyloidosis.
To be eligible, applicants must be within ten years of completion of their postdoctoral studies or a clinical fellowship and must have a mentor to guarantee the research environment will support the applicant’s project.
See the Amyloidosis Foundation website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
