Do you believe in the power of free, live music to bring people together and invigorate community life? Does your town or city have an underused public space that would be ideal for outdoor concerts?
Each year, the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation awards matching grants of $25,000 to U.S.-based nonprofits serving small to mid-sized towns and cities in support of the Levitt AMP Music Series, a free concert series featuring high-caliber entertainment for people of all ages and backgrounds.
As in years past, online public voting determines the Top 25 finalists. Only applications submitted through the foundation’s website are accepted. (Registration required.) Eligibility questions and applications instructions are available as a PDF.
Grant applications are due September 20, 2019. Online public voting will take place November 1-20, 2019, with the winning communities to be announced in December.
Prospective applicants are invited to listen to a webinar for new applicants.
