Vitalyst Health Foundation Welcomes Applications From Collaborations in Arizona Working to Address Systemic Change

The Vitalyst Health Foundation works to support and inform efforts to improve the health of individuals and communities in Arizona.

To that end, the foundation invites proposals for its Spark Grants program. Through the program, grants of up to $30,000 will be awarded in support of innovative collaborations working to address systemic change. Proposals should utilize a health equity lens to address two or more of the foundation-designated Elements of a Healthy Community, which include access to health care and coverage; economic opportunity; affordable quality housing; educational opportunity; community safety; environmental quality; food access; social and cultural cohesion; healthy community design; social justice; parks and recreational opportunities; and transportation options.

To be eligible, applicants must be tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code and be an Arizona-based organization serving Arizonans. Fiscal sponsors are eligible.

See the Vitalyst Health Foundation website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
