The Fund for Women, a component fund of the Delaware Community Foundation, invests and advocates by bringing together knowledge, passion, and commitment to empower women and girls in Delaware and help them achieve their potential. The fund focuses its grantmaking on programs that make a difference in the lives of girls and women in Delaware.
To advance this mission, the fund is inviting applications for grants of up to $15,000 from nonprofit organizations for programs focused on health, wellness, and life skills that help lead to future economic self-sufficiency for girls and women in the state. FFW does not fund individuals, capital campaigns, or endowments.
Organizations that have received FFW grants for three consecutive years are asked to wait a year before applying again.
To be eligible, applicants must be considered tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and have a program(s) serving women and girls in Delaware.
See the FFW website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
