The Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas is accepting applications from programs that positively affect the health of Arkansans.
Priority will be given to projects affecting healthcare delivery, policy, and economics. Projects must demonstrate strong community, regional, or statewide support, such as co-funding by other community, regional, or statewide organizations or groups. Projects also should be able to demonstrate the operational and financial sustainability to continue after funding from the foundation ends. Grant amounts will range between $5,000 and $150,000.
In addition to its regular grants program, the foundation offers a simpler application for $1,000 mini-grants to support health-improvement projects in Arkansas. Applications for mini-grants will be accepted in the months of January, February, and March.
Any 501(c)(3) public charity, public school, governmental agency, or nonprofit hospital in Arkansas is eligible to apply. Churches are eligible as well, but their health improvement program must serve individuals beyond their own congregation.
See the Blue & You Foundation website for complete program guidelines, a list of previously awarded grants, and application instructions.
