Boston Scientific is dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world.
As part of this mission, the Boston Scientific Foundation is accepting proposals for programs or projects that aim to improve the health of those with significant unmet needs by enhancing access to and the quality of care, or through disease prevention and awareness efforts. Priority will be given to programs related to diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services for non-communicable diseases. All proposals must address the needs of underserved populations in the geographies listed below.
Grant amounts will depend on the size of the applicant organization and program for which a grant is being requested. The foundation does not award multiyear grants.
To be eligible, applicants must be a health-related organization that is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; focused on individuals or communities with significant unmet needs; and be located within approximately thirty miles of one of the following geographic areas: Spencer, Indiana; Boston, Marlborough, or Quincy, Massachusetts; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; and Fremont, San Jose, or Valencia, California
