The Thomas C. and Sandra S. Sullivan Foundation, a component fund of the Catholic Community Foundation, is accepting applications from Cleveland-area Catholic and other nonprofit organizations whose focus is on providing aid to the poor and needy and educational opportunities to persons who would otherwise not be able to participate.
To that end, operating, capital, and program support grants of up to $25,000 will be awarded to organizations serving the poor and needy. The goal of the program is to fund programs with a record of success in facilitating profound improvement in the lives of disadvantaged members of the Cleveland community.
To be eligible, applicants must be a social service agency or nonprofit organization working within Cuyahoga County.
See the CCF website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
