ONS Foundation Accepting Applications for Dissertation Research Grants

The Oncology Nursing Society Foundation is accepting applications for its 2017 Dissertation Research Grant.

Two-year grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to support oncology nursing research for Ph.D. dissertations. Preference will be given to projects that promote theoretically based oncology practice.

To be eligible, the principal investigator must be a registered nurse actively pursuing a career in some aspect of cancer patient care, education, or research and be a Ph.D. student. Membership in ONS is not required.

Letters of Intent must be received no later than June 1, 2017. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full application by July 1, 2017.
