Colorado Health Foundation Accepting Applications for Activating Places and Spaces Together Program

The Colorado Health Foundation is accepting applications for its Activating Places and Spaces Together program.

The program supports locally defined, place-specific efforts to get people outdoors and actively engaged in their neighborhoods — together. The goal of Activating Places and Spaces Together is to help activate existing infrastructure in public places that contributes to a community’s overall health through residential usage and positive experiences.

Grants will be awarded to support costs associated with project/program planning and/or implementation for up to one year, with grant amounts ranging between $5,000 and $100,000.

To be eligible, applicants must be a nonprofit organization with experience working within the community or communities served and serve a high proportion of youth from high-need/low-income communities.

See the Colorado Health Foundation website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
