Georgia, Butler Tobin Invites Ideas to Solve Developing World Problems

Georgia, Butler Tobin, a five-person personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, has issued a Request for Proposals from nonprofit organizations operating in the developing world.

A single $100,000 grant will be awarded to a nonprofit organization for the best idea to help the most people in the developing world. Ideas can range from solutions to problems such as malnutrition, to easily curable diseases, to population displacement as a result of civil wars. The overriding goal is to provide as much help to as many people as possible.

To be eligible, applicants must be considered tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
