The Health Forward Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri, works to provide leadership, advocacy, and resources to organizations working to eliminate barriers to and promote quality health for uninsured and underserved individuals in Kansas City, Missouri (including portions of Clay and Platte counties), the Missouri counties of Cass, Jackson, and Lafayette, and the Kansas counties of Allen, Johnson, and Wyandotte.

Letters of Intent are due by March 25. Upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal by April 22, 2020
To be eligible for a grant, applicants must be located in the greater Kansas City area, including portions of Clay and Platte counties, the Missouri counties of Cass, Jackson, and Lafayette, or the Kansas counties of Allen, Johnson, and Wyandotte.
