Eppendorf, a leading life sciences company, welcomes applications for the Eppendorf & Science Prize for Neurobiology, which acknowledges the increasingly active and important role of neurobiology in advancing understanding of the functioning of the brain and nervous system.
The annual prize of $25,000 is awarded to a young scientist in recognition of outstanding neurobiological research based on methods of molecular and cell biology conducted within the past three years. Winners also have an essay published in the journal Science.
The award will be announced and presented at a ceremony during the week of the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in Washington, D.C., October 24-28, 2020. Financial support will also be provided to help enable the winner to attend the meeting.
