Gilroy Foundation Invites Applications for Industrial Arts Programs

The Gilroy Foundation was founded in 1980 to help address the needs of the Gilroy, California, community in the areas of health, education, recreation, technology, culture, and civic services. 

To that end, the foundation is inviting applications for its 2021 Richard Hayes “Like a Rock” Industrial Arts Grant. Through the program, a single grant of $10,000 will be awarded to a program that contributes to the industrial arts in Gilroy; eligible disciplines include design, technical drawing, graphic technology, engineering studies, vocational programs, and film/movies.

Eligible applicants include organizations that are tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, public and private schools in Gilroy, and the City of Gilroy.
