National Endowment for the Arts Accepting Applications for Challenge America Fast-Track Grants

The National Endowment for the Arts is accepting applications from small and midsize organizations to its Challenge America Fast-Track grants program.

Through the program, grants of $10,000 will be awarded to projects designed to extend the reach of the arts to underserved populations, including those whose opportunities to experience the arts are limited by geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. A minimum $10,000 match from an outside funder is required. Applicants are encouraged to consider partnerships among organizations, both in and outside the arts, as appropriate to their project.

To be eligible, applicants must be a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization in the U.S.; a unis of state or local government; or a federally recognized tribal community or tribe. All organizations must have a three-year history of programming prior to the application deadline.

For complete program guidelines and application procedures, see the NEA website.
